Pinecrest Housing and Springale Development are committed to the plan that includes the following amenities, which are to include both the residents of Pinecrest Housing and Community members.

Much of background work for these projects has been started but will require a planning design to move them along.

Walking Trail - The Golden Mile

• Wentworth Landscapes has designed a Master plan for the

landscape design

• People walk this trail daily, many with their dogs

• The woodchips for the pathway have been donated

• A community member has volunteered the equipment needed to

develop the pathway

• 2000 trees have been planted over the past 3 years

• There is a designated area that once was a volleyball court and

soccer field

• There is an area on the north side of the property that has been

used for two years to host a youth soccer camp.

Ball Diamond

• There is backstop metal fencing and outdoor lights in place

Pickleball court

• The Lehigh Plant has agreed to donate the cement needed for

our projects.

Community Garden

• For the past three years there have been three above gardens of

vegetables planted and harvested by people in the community.
